It’s a great experience for kids to visit a farm and delight at meeting these adorable lambs. There are lots of places around Bedfordshire to meet newborn lambs and at some places you can even bottle feed them.

Watergate Farm (near Leighton Buzzard)
The farm will be open again during the peak Lambing Season this Easter. 2023 dates to be released soon. Visitors can hold the lambs and see a modern sheep farm at work. With over 2000 sheep to give birth, it is a great chance to see lambs actually being born, taking those first few steps and suckling their mothers for the first time.
Mead Open Farm (Billington, nr Leighton Buzzard)
Put on your nattiest knitwear and get yourself down to Mead Open Farm this February Half Term, because Lambing is Back for 2023, 11th – 19th February
Rookery Open Farm (Towcester)
The Rookery Open Farm lambing season will run from 11th March to end April 2023, open every day apart from Tuesday. During the lambing season you may be able to experience seeing some of the baby lambs being born.
