KaSo Studios offer dance, fitness, well being & performing arts classes for adults and children aged 7 to 14 years at Roman Park in Berryfields as well as classes for all ages in Aylesbury and Long Crendon.
KaSoDance have an team of experienced, talented and kind teachers all with different backgrounds but the same goal – to ensure all classes are accessible and positive confidence boosters!
Dance classes are a wonderful way to improve your child’s mood. Movement produces endorphins that help relieve stress and anxiety, which in turn improves mood. Through dance, your child can express themselves and their emotions in a fun and positive manner.
- Junior Commercial Street – 7 to 10 years
- Advanced Junior Acro – 5 to 9 years
- Intermediate Acro – 10 to 14 years
- Intermediate Commercial Street – 10 to 14 years
