This class involves simple aerobics to warm up then bodyweight training to work the whole body, raise the heart rate and burn fat. We then slow down with some yoga and gentle breath work to stretch out, calm the nervous system and reduce tension. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and mums with non walking babies. Baby can stay in their buggy/car seat or play on the duvets.
This class is suitable from 6 weeks once you have been signed off by your GP to exercise, until baby is walking.
