Terms and Conditions
This competition closes at midnight on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023. One winner will be selected at random from ALL submissions after the closing date and will be contacted by email within 14 days to arrange delivery. The winner has 7 days from the date of the notification email to claim their prize, failure to respond within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Prize: 4 x Merlin Gold Passes. For the avoid of doubt, there will be a total of 1 winner, winning four Merlin Gold Passes. Prizes do not include additional expenses such spending money, insurance, travel. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. Each unique gift code can be redeemed for one Merlin Gold Annual Pass. Once redeemed the Merlin Gold Annual Pass will be valid for one year with the pass starting instantly from the point of redemption. A Gold Pass will automatically be deemed void and shall be revoked without a refund and/or compensation if sold or if any attempt is made to sell the Pass or gift code.
